Profile
Jesper Altamirano is a partner at IDEAL Law Firm and one of the founders.
Jesper has a great deal of expertise when it comes to Danish businesses buying and establishing companies abroad in close cooperation with foreign lawyers and other advisers. He also possesses specialist knowledge about the food industry and agriculture.
Among other things, Jesper has been a key adviser to the Danish cooperative industry within manufacture and distribution of raw materials for food production, which has been through a significant development in recent years.
As one of only a few Danish attorneys he has been involved in mergers that were considered by the EU Commission, and he has gained particular experience when it comes to competition law issues and processes in connection with acquisitions, divestments, mergers and de-mergers in Denmark, Europe and Asia.
Moreover, Jesper is a preferred adviser when it comes to comprehensive matters related to corporate law and succession. For many years, he has assisted affluent families with, among other things, business conversions, business structures and estate planning.
Jesper is a member of the board in several Danish companies.
