Corporate law

We often provide advice to clients and other collaborators within all types of corporate law matters and transactions. Corporate law advice is relevant at practically all stages of a company’s life; from the very beginning, when the founder needs advice on which type of company to choose, over mergers, de-mergers and conversions to the end in the form of, for example, voluntary winding-up.

A specific area within corporate law is co-operative societies. Such societies are subject to the Danish Act on Undertakings Carrying on Business for Profit, which only regulates the business of co-operative societies to a limited extent. Many relevant matters are therefore governed by practice and by various parts of the Danish Companies Act. We have in-depth expertise and experience when it comes to co-operative societies, as we advise several of the largest co-operative societies in Denmark on a regular basis.
